Ambrose Nwaogwugwu lands in big trouble as Nonsonkwa drags him to court

Mr. Ambrose Nwaogwugwu, the former New Media Director, of the Imo State Chapter, of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP, has landed himself in trouble, following a libellous article he wrote against former governor of Imo State, Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha, and popular radio presenter Theodore Chinonso Uba aka Nonsonkwa.

Nwaogwugwu had alleged that the former Govenror, had contracted Nonsonkwa at a fee of N100 million, to incite unrest in the state through violent protests.

Nwaogwugwu in his article, claimed a group was making the allegation against the former governor, and the radio presenter, but Nonsonkwa in swift reaction, contacted his lawyers over the article, and is set to serve Nwaogwugwu court notice.

It would be recalled that the former New Media Special Adviser to Ihedioha, and Executive Director of Vokal Digital, Mr. AIC Akwarandu, had also dragged Nwaogwugwu to court earlier in 2021, following allegations made against his person by Nwaogwugwu.

With the new suit against the latest disciple of the Hope Uzodinma administration, Nwaogwugwu may be finding the political waters of Imo State too hot for him to swim, and Uzodinma, who had himself arrested and charged Nwaogwugwu to court for libellous articles he wrote while serving as the Imo PDP New Media Director, may not be able to come to Nwaogwugwu’s rescue with the way things are going.

Below are screenshots of the article written by Nwaogwugwu, as well as the post made by Nonsonkwa, notifying Nwaogwugwu of his legal intent.
