Insecurity: Ihedioha Would Have Still Faced Insecurity If He Was Governor, Unless PDP Knows More Than They Are Telling

by Onowu Asiwaju Ohalete Wisdom Mayor

I Took Time Last Night To Watch And Listen To My Boss Barr. Uche Onyeagocha Whom I Once Worked With Fielding Questions On Arise TV.

When The Young Man Interviewer Queried To Find Out From Him Why Imo Is The Flashpoint Of The Security Challenges, Whether It Has Anything To Do With Supreme Court Judgement Removing Emeka Ihedioha As Governor, Barr. Onyeagocha Parried The Question Just Like A Goalkeeper Parries A Free Quick. He Was Being Careful Because He Knows It Absolutely Has Nothing To Do With That. The Truth Of The Matter Is That The PDP Knows The Truth Here.

But Let Me Tell Us;

Firstly, If Emeka Ihedioha Had Remained As Governor, He Would Have Still Faced This Crisis Imo Is Facing At The Moment. This Security Situation Was Brewing And Building Up In The Region Not Only In Imo. And We Would Not Have Survived It Because The Situation Would Have Overwhelmed Ihedioha.

Secondly, If Anybody Thinks The Security Situation In Imo Is Connected With Supreme Court Ousting Of Emeka Ihedioha As Governor, How About Anambra, Abia, Ebonyi, Enugu Where The Same Persons Who Emerged As Governors In 2015 Are Still Governors Of Above Mentioned States? Are The Governors Not Experiencing Worst Case Scenarios In Their States Than Imo? Did Govs. Ugwuanyi, Obiano, Ikpeazu And Umahi Oust Anybody To Say Mr. A Was Ousted Thereby Warranting Reactions Leading To Security Breach In Their States?

Thirdly, If The PDP Claims And Maintain That The Security Challenges We Are Experiencing Is As A Result Of Ihedioha’ s Ouster Leading To Reactions Culminating Into Security Threats, Then There Is More To Their Claims. That I Can Assure You There is. They Need To Be Asked Questions. There Is No Smoke Without Fire.

But In All, Imo Our Dear Imo State Shall Prevail. God’ s Willing, We Shall Overcome This Menace Sooner Or Later.
